HDC2010EVM: Question using GUI with EVM

Hi team,

My customer is using HDC2010 EVM, and GUI. But they met an issue with GUI as below capture. Could you please help guide us how to avoid this? The value drop to 0 sometimes. What might be the possibility of this waveform?

I have used three computers to set the default values, there will be problems.

The attachment file is dump register file.
