Hi Team,

Currently customer wants to use TMP431 to replace the TMP401AIDGKTG4 directly in their board. I check the pinout, it's same. Are there any difference usage parts customer should be careful when doing the replacement?

Hi Stanley,

TMP431 has the beta correction feature that may report a slightly different temperature than a TMP401 in the same situation if your junction is detected to have low beta. If you are using a discrete transistor for your junction, it will not have low beta.
