AWR1843: Custom ProfileCfg and FrameCfg for mmWave SDK Out of Box demo

I am trying to use sensing estimator (https://dev.ti.com/gallery/view/mmwave/mmWaveSensingEstimator/ver/1.4.0/?platform=AWR1843&num_rx=1&num_tx=1&tx_gain=9&rx_gain=9&freq_range=77&bandwidth=4000&tx_power=12&temp=20&range=6&range_resolution=3.73&velocity=1&velocity_resolution=1&fps=1&rcs=0.00001) to generate these parameters for the config file used by the Out of Box demo 

profileCfg 0 77 7 6.4 3409.73 0 0 1.16 1 10207 3000 0 0 30

frameCfg 0 0 3 0 1000 1 0

I believe I need to perform a calibration to before new chirp parameters can be used by the Out of Box demo. Where can I find the calibration process?

    Hi,

    If I understand correctly you are trying to run with the OOB demo the configuration

    profileCfg 0 77 7 6.4 3409.73 0 0 1.16 1 10207 3000 0 0 30

    frameCfg 0 0 3 0 1000 1 0

    Not all configs generated with the sensing estimator will run with the OOB demo. The OOB demo is developed as a generic demo and has some limitations in the configs it supports.

    The first step is to try to check if you are able to run this configuration with the OOB demo. After that you can consider calibration.

    So, I recommend to create a cfg file with this configuration and try it out
