Thanks for the post and welcome to E2E!

We have no current plans to make a PSpice model for this device - what is the urgency or hard requirement from Valeo on this?

This device has a 10mV/°C linear gain slope, with a given offset value for three temperature ranges. (please see page 8 of the datasheet)

Hi Wyatt,

We would like to validate the part for its accuracy level through simulations. That is the reason for raising the query.

If spice model is not available from your end, i'll check and come back the required data for my analysis.
