AWR1642BOOST: Driver Vital Sign lab not working -AWR1642Boost

Dear All, 

I am using the AWR1642BOOST EVM. I am trying the driver vital sign lab, but I am experiecing some troubles. 

I had followed the indications included in the Getting Started Guide: TI mmWave Lab Driver Vital Signs Version 1.0.0.

After flashing the pre-built binary file: 

I removed the jumper form sp02 and I launched the GUI. 

No signal is shown, here the messages:
