AWR6843AOPEVM: Running the Vital signs demo

Hi,

I was trying to run the Vital Signs demo on AWR6843AOPEVM but I am not sure which mmwave Industrial toolbox version to use and which mmwave SDK version to use?

When I used the mmwave industrial toolbox version 4.5 with sdk 3.5, I do UniFlash successfully as shown but for output I have a problem with Auto-Detect COM ports as shown in picture below; the ports not showing

Even when I change it Manually as shown below still there were no output as shown below

 Please advise what shall I do to sort it out? Your help is appreciated
