Thank you for your question.

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to provide the source code for the TDC1000-TDC7200EVM.

We recommend customers utilize the EVM GUI for software and hardware evaluation, then implement their own software solutions on the desired microcontroller. The TDC1000 Datasheet is the recommended content to utilize for the creation of software for TOF measurement. Additionally, the TDC1000-TDC7200 EVM User's Guide is also recommended for creation of software solutions.
