I was wondering about the fault detection function of the LDC0851.
In the LDC0851 differential inductive switching datasheet, section 8.3.6, power-up state,
it says that the OUT signal goes HIGH when the sensor fails. In the LDC0851 differential
inductive switching data sheet, section 8.3.6, power-up state,
it is stated that the OUT signal goes HIGH when the sensor fails.
Is there also a disconnection detection or short circuit detection function?
