I want to know the Nonlinearity of LMT70 like LM35 datasheet has.

On the datasheet, Where is the Nonlinearity of LMT70 ? 

Can I calcurate with a LUT table?

    Hi Sasajima,

    Thank you for posting.

    The LMT70 datasheet does not list a non-linearity specification like the LM35 datasheet. However, section 9.3 of the LMT70 datasheet gives more detailed information on using first, second, and third order transfer functions to describe the output voltage. Section 10.2.2.1 provides the performance comparisons of these different methods, seen below:
