The datasheet for TMP100-EP does not list any ESD ratings.
Can someone provide those please?

Thanks for pointing that out. The catalog and auto versions of this device do have ESD ratings, it looks like the -EP datasheet needs to be updated from an older TI format, which would by default then have the ESD ratings table that you/we all expected. Again, thanks for your observation.
