We are using TMP464 in an application where D1 is not used and hence connected to D- as indicated in the datasheet
the strange thing is that with this configuration, we detect a short circuit to GND on both these pins: this means D1+, D- and D are in short when probing with a multimeter
On the other side, the component is working fine on D2, D3 and D4 channels, where temperature reading is correct
is the D- pin internally connected to a "clean" ground reference even if this is not shown on the block diagram?
any reason that could explain this issue?
