TMCS1100: Behavior under external magnetic field

Hello support team,

My customer has interested in TMCS1100, but, they have concern if TMCS1100 has proper behavior under external magnetic field. Do you have any test data, e.g. how many external magnetic field does not cause wrong behavior?

Unfortunately the customer is correct. The TMCS110x family of devices does not have external field rejection, and care needs to be taken to ensure these fields are mitigated. This is discussed in depth in our Best Practices App note.
