Hi Experts,

Good day.

Customer is designing a sensor using multiple OPT4001 chips. They have purchased the OPT4001EVM to explore this sensor, but would like to know if it is possible to order OPT4001 chips with different I2C addresses. Ideally, 6 unique addresses, but 2 unique addresses would suffice as well.

If not, is there a way on how to change the default? Any guide?

    Hi Archie,

    OPT4001 is currently only available in the WCSP package which does not have address pin to support this. However, if they are ok with OPT3004 device performance this device we have in 6 pin package which supports up to 4 different i2c addresses on the same bus.
