PGA411-Q1 Excitation distorsion

I need to drive resolver with follow characteristic :

Resolver Pair Poles = 6   ( means 3 KHz freq on SIN COS signal at 30000 RPM )

EXC Impedance = 50 Ω ( @ 10 KHz)

EXC Voltage required = 7 VRMS

PGA411 Resolution = 12bit

With previous characteristic if suppose F exc = 10 KHz     IOE1 = (7 * 1,41) / 50 = 198 mA   ( Low margin to overcurrent threshold , high power dissipation on PGA )

With previous characteristic if suppose F exc = 20 KHz     IOE1 = (7 * 1,41) / 100 = 99 mA   ( good margin to overcurrent threshold , lower power dissipation on PGA )

With both configuration ( see attached picture), i note distorsion on EXC output of PGA411  during zero crossing of current signal, this can be dangerous on angle estimation ?, what is the reason of this distorsion, is ASIL D angle acquisition guaranteed also with distorsion ?
