I have read through all of the available documentation and am only able to find the overall dimensions of the chip, but no information about the size and location of the pads for the chip, making it very hard to design a PCB which incorporates the chip. I have requested a notification from Ultra Librarian for when the CAD/CAE becomes available, but I have no idea when that will be.
Is there any further information about the dimensions and pads on this chip that can be provided to me? I know that the package is called Picostar YMN 4, but I cannot find any information about that package dimensions either, as it seems relatively new.
