Hello TI,
We recently purchased 3 numbers of AWR2944 EVM kits from TI (Invoice Attached), as we started testing according to user manual provided in SDK we faced issue in connecting it to mmWave demo visualizer (online & offline) even after setting correct baurd rate AWR2944 EVM is not getting connected automatically even after clicking on connection that is in bottom left of visualizer when we press nReset the EVM is getting connected but when we upload configure by checking on desired plot and other display setting and clicking on "send config to mmwave device" there is no output on console and no plot is avilable in plot section
we re-flashed image but still error persist
Please guide us how to sort out the issue
