TMP421 is pin to pin compatible with TMP441. The latter adds Beta Compensation feature.

If both of your TMP421's address pins were grounded, you could drop-in a TMP422 or TMP442. If your remote junction's return (DXN) is grounded and TMP421's A0 is grounded, you could use a TMP423. You could use the automotive grade (Q1) of any of these products.
