Hi，

Input 5V, and the output of P3 terminal is only about 0.6V, but I didn't confirm how much voltage P3 terminal should output from the manual. Instead, I confirmed that the power output 5V is normal. After inserting into the power socket on the board, directly measure the DC power socket pin, and the measured voltage is 0.68v. It is suspected that the DC power socket on the board is abnormal. It is judged that there is a problem with the material.

Typically these boards are tested before it gets shipped. Was there any short on the board?

Do you have pictures of the board & setup?

Also please share the pictures of the serial number for the board? When was the board purchased?

It appears that power is not showing up at the connector, board could be defective. Please request customer to order replacement board for this using customer support portal .
