AWR1243: Communicate with radar sensor over ethernet from python script situated at host computer

I am looking for the solution for below two problems,

1. How to send commands to radar sensor from python software at the host computer and receives responses from radar sensor over ethernet.

2. How to send radar Acquisited data from radar sensor to host computer over ethernet using python script situated at host computer  

Please provide the insights..
