LDC1001: CFB Waveform

Hi,
I just re-laid out an existing board and while checking the signal integrity I see that the LDC1001’s CFB waveform doesn’t stay within the 1V limits on one of the two new prototypes, 
see CH1 (yellow) on the attached file NewFile126.png. I had previously tuned the LDC filter capacitor according to document SNVSBF4 to match the waveform in Figure 39 “Waveform on CFB With 
20 pF”. 
However neither the data sheet nor any of the App Notes explain what this waveform is, and therefore I don’t know whether these excursions outside the 1V limits are significant. 
Can you say whether this is significant or not?
Note CH2 waveform (green) is INA measured single ended with respect to GND.
