My customer finds that there is a ~400ms -0.45V negative voltage into TMP235's VDD network when the board power up. We are checking the risk about this Voltage. Please help to check the info as below:
- What is the min negative voltage that TMP235 can accept? We didn't see the requirement in the D/S:
- If TMP235 can't support this -0.45V negative voltage, there should be some reliability risk. What will happen to the device application, like device damage, working abnormally? Thank you!
