IWR6843AOPEVM: Daisy chaining multiple radars through SYNC_IN/SYNC_OUT

    IWR6843AOP device doesn't have LO (Local oscillator) output capability, hence it cannot be Daisy chinned to increase number of  Tx/Rxs. 

Sync_in pin would support for Hardware trigged configuration instead of Sotware triggered configuration. 

True daisy chain capability exists in AWR2243 devices, you could refer to below app-note, This kind of configuration is not supported in IWR6843AOP devices.

  You could trigger multiple radar in frame synchronised manner using hardware trigger using SYNC-IN pins. You could use the SYNC-OUT pin to generate trigger pulses generated internal timer and configure pin as GPIO and drive these pulses to SYNC-IN pins of remaining radar modules.  However this type of radar synchronisation technique is different from Coherent LO based synchronisation technique mentioned above.

    Both are possible, You could use external trigger circuit to generate Hardware sync pulses to trigger mmWave sensor or You could use any GPIOs from the mmWave devices and program the GPIOs to generate the trigger pulses and feed that signal to Sync_in pin to hardware trigger mmWave sensors. Please note API need to be programmed to trigger as "HW triggered" instead of Software triggered.
