To whom it may concern:
we are using FDC2214 to measure the capacitance change when some animals go around. In order to achieve the low power consumption, can we use the capacitance threshold(e.g., a specific value) to trigger INTB function?

Hello,
The INTB of the FDC2214 can only report errors or the data ready field of the status register. Unfortunately, there is no threshold comparison built into this device to allow it to be used as a wakeup. You can reduce the power consumption of the FDC2214 by utilizing the shutdown mode if needed, but this will add time after wake up before a capacitive measurement can be read again.
