Thanks for the post. As mentioned in note 4 on page 25 (Addendum-Page 1) of the datasheet, https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/lmt01.pdf , there may be additional marking, which relates to the logo, the lot trace code information, or the environmental category on the device. For this part, the top line characters represent (to us) a date code, part of the lot code and the assembly site, for our tracking purposes.

Can I know is

1. 14ZFF means YMXXX. Meaning 1 = 2021, 4 = Apr

2. 0CCNF means 0= 2020, C= Dec ?

Is this correct?
