Hello,
Is it possible to do hardware synchronization between the AWR6843AOPEVM and either a host computer or other sensors (eg. cameras or an IMU)? For instance, is there a pin to provide a trigger input or a clock input for synchronization?

Hello
I am forwarding your request to members of our team who will respond shortly.
Thanks,

Hello Landson,
You could provide an external frame trigger on the SYNC_IN pin of the 6843AOP device from the other and use that to trigger the FMCW frames of the 6843AOP device. This signal needs to a pulse of width 25nsec to 4usec at 3.3V (VIO) level. The periodicity of this pulse needs to match the programmed frame periodicity in the "rlFrameCfg" API.
In order to use this signal to the trigger the frames you need to set the trigger select in the "rlFrameCfg" API to HW trigger.

Can you point me to where the SYNC_IN pin is exposed on the board of the AWR6843AOPEVM Rev. G?
Looking at https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/awr6843aop.pdf?ts=1668464965421&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.ti.com%252Fproduct%252FAWR6843AOP it appears to correspond with a chip (U12) that has no exposed contacts.
Hello Landson,
The SYNC IN signal is brought out in the 6843AOP EVM on pin 22 of the J2 connector. Please see the snapshot below.
You can refer to the EVM schematics at the following link: https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/swrr166
