IWR6843ISK-ODS: Error connecting to the target

Part Number: IWR6843ISK-ODS

IWR6843ISK-ODS

I try to use the debugger function of the IWR6843ISK-ODS on the MMWAVEBOOST board.

After some time and several successful debugging sessions,  I receive the following message while try to connect to the device:

(Error -2131 @ 0x0)
Unable to access device register.
Reset the device, and retry the operation.
If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK).
(Emulation package 9.8.0.00235)

This is happening frequently!
None of the suggested solutions mentioned in https://e2e.ti.com/support/sensors-group/sensors/f/sensors-forum/1135452/iwr6843isk-ods-debug-connection-error are working for me.
Rebooting my system does NOT work, resetting the IWR6843ISK-ODS on the MMWAVEBOOST board (press the reset button on the MMWAVEBOOST board) doe snot work. Power cycle the whole system does NOT work.
Access the core directly does NOT work (
This error is generated by TI's USCIF driver or utilities. The value is '-233' (0xffffff17).The title is 'SC_ERR_PATH_BROKEN'.).
The only way to use the system again, is (yes, funny but true..) disconnect the board, leave it for a day or two and retry...

Until now, I am not impressed by the quality of the CCS nor the debugger functions.
