We are using the HDC1080 in an application with pressure ranging from 0.5 bar to 2 bar. I can seen a notable shift in the humidity across these ranges. I suspect the shift I see is directly proportional to the pressure applied. Is there any guidance on using a TI humidity sensor in pressures above or below standard atmosphere? Is the relative humidity accurate across the range of pressures?
