Do you have any failure mode information, when broken, how does this IC behave? Customer would like to know how to detect the broken condition.

    Koji,

    We publish FIT and failure mode data for our Q1 version of the device here. We typically only publish this information for our automotive grade devices. While this document is directly meant for the -Q1 version, the customer should be able to get some understanding of the failure modes with this.
