Hi team,

Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:

Use the SRR sample program for development. The customer is currently trying to increase the maximum detection distance, so make some adjustments to the Chirp-related parameters.

The questions is as follow:

When the Chirp is increased to a certain number, the program gets an error, which occurs in Debug mode as shown in the following figure:

Is it related to insufficient memory space? If so, how should it be adjusted? Thanks.

Hi,

Based on the error, it seems like there is no sufficient memory to support the increased number of chirps and ADC samples. Unfortunately, it is not possible to extend the memory.

Customer would have to work in the limit of the memory provided.

So is there a way to extend L3 by modifying the memory space of L1 or L2?

Hi,

No this is not possible because L1D and L2 are memories internal to the DSP module
