TMCS1100EVM: Vout Getting Non Linearity , 30mV/A but Data sheet mentio 50mV/A

Part Number: TMCS1100EVM

1. we Given the Referency Input Vref = GND ,then provide 1A Load (IN +,IN -) but Vout Sensor output Received 30mV/A

2. Vss= 5V , IN + IN - upto 30 A  Varying by gradually increased ,Vout Value non Linearity.

3.Kindly Suggest the Linear output for our requirement upto 30A

    Can you share exactly what output you saw to the 1A input?

    Also, care needs to be taken with these devices with regard to external fields surrounding the device, as this can also lead to skewed output. Have a look at this app note for more information.

    Finally. be careful when exercising this device above a constant 15A. There is a safe operating area curve in the datasheet that must be adhered to for currents in excess of this. For 30A, you must maintain an ambient temperature of 25C as shown below. Failure to adhere to the SOA curve could potentially result in damage to the device.
