LM94022: The temperature is not correct at -40C

We had tested LM94022BIMG at -30C that the result is correct. But when we decrease the tmp to -45C, then the result show is -37C. It’s not a correct result. May I learn from you how to correct that? Thanks

    Thanks for posting on the Sensors forum!

    • One thing to pay attention to here is capacitive loading on the output (see section 7.4.1 of the datasheet, screenshot included below). Can you de-populate R179 and measure the voltage on the OUT pin at -45°C?




    • It may also be possible that one of the diodes in D29 is turning on. Can you de-populate D29 and measure the voltage at CNTL. TEMP?
