    Hi Kaushal,

    Thank you for posting to the Sensing forum.

    The TMP442 datasheet does not specify power supply restrictions, but it is best practice to include sufficient bypass capacitance (recommended value is 0.1µF) to eliminate excessive rise time.

    The device will not perform a temperature conversion if the power supply is not valid. To check this, the PVLD bit (bit 1) of the Local and Remote Temperature registers will be set to ‘1’ in the case of an invalid power supply.
