Available ADC IC for 2-wire RTD measurement

Dear sir or madam

I'm looking for an ADC IC for a 2-wire RTD measurement (Pt100).
The availability is not that great when I check my available channels such as mouser.ch, digikey.ch etc.
Maybe you could give me a recommendation who will be available today and/or in near feature for prototypes and series.

Here are some specs:
- Single 2-wire RTD measurement
- Resolution >= 10 Bits
- Input channels: min. 1
- Delta-Sigma
- Ext. reference

Can you tell us what part number(s) you are having trouble trying to find? Have you tried looking directly on TI.com for availability?

I don't have a specific part number yet as I am looking for a part for a new design. Here are my requirements:
- Single 2-wire RDT measurement
- Resolution >= 10 Bits
- Input channels: min. 1
- Delta-Sigma
- Ext. reference

I searched with TI product finder (link), but wasn't very successful.

I have contacted you in the hope that you can recommend me a component or series, which I could get samples for prototypes and in the near future preferentially produced.

Hi Livio,

ADS1220 is an option as would be the ADS1146/47/47 or ADS1246/47/48. We have no insight to Digikey or Mouser Switzerland, so for part availability issues, you should revert back to the Customer Service Center. They should be able to help you find stock.

Hi Livio,

Since this is a new design, have you considered stand alone temp sensors? What temp range are you looking to monitor?
