Unfortunately we don't currently have any released devices which target this exact condition you specified.  TMAG5110 and TMAG5111 are 2D latches, which offer a hi/low output format.  These would only achieve 4 unique output conditions per pole pair, which seems as if it does not meet your resolution requirement.
