TMP175: Do I need a pull-up to the ALERT pin, if I don't plan to use it?

Hi,

we want to use 27 TMP175 sensors and will not use the ALERT pins. I suppose, as the ALERT is an open drain output, we can safely connect the ALERT pins to GND or left them floating. Please comment this possibility.
