AWRL6432BOOST: [mmwave studio] FEC Power-up returned error -112 (RFS_BOOT_TIMEOUT)

When using mmWave Studio v4.01.00.01 for AWRL6432, FEC Power-up could not be done with error -112 (--xw_status: -112 (RFS_BOOT_TIMEOUT)).

According to mmwave studio user guide, I set up AWRL6432 + DCA1000EVM.

When running the mmWave Studio GUI,

  [1] Connect RS232 -> (OK)

  [2] FEC Fw Download -> (OK)

    (C:\ti\MMWAVE_L_SDK_05_01_00_04\firmware\mmwave_dfp\rfsfirmware\xWRL6432\mmwave_rfs_rprc.bin)

  [3] APPSS Fw Download -> (OK)

    (C:\ti\MMWAVE_L_SDK_05_01_00_04\firmware\mmwave_dfp\rfevalfirmware\appss\mmwave_plt_rfeval_rprc.bin)

  [4] Device Power On -> (OK)

  [5] FEC Power-up -> NG

Can you please check below log output message, how to solve the issue?
