Can you please help with the inquiry below?
the mmWave studio software is unable to read FPGA version, indeed int the following image you can see that the FPGA Version is 0.0.0.0
Furthermore when i Run the C:\ti_In_Use\mmwave_studio_02_01_01_00\mmWaveStudio\Scripts\DataCaptureDemo_xWR.lua in the mmWave studio in the output appear the following error:

It looks like there is absence of ethernet communication between the DCA1000EVM and PC. Please help me because I selected this device for an important project and now I'm in trouble if it doesn't work. At this point I suppose that the FPGA on the board is corrupted. I don't know what else think.
Another issue is that i don't see in the RADAR API GUI the "post proc" underlined in red that usually should be 4.7 or something like that
