TMP275: TMP275 screen issue

Hi Ning,

Can you confirm which product (left or right) came from the package label that you've shown in the post?

For the other product (please identify left or right) is there lot information for that product as well? Where was it purchased?

The left sample is came from the package lable and purchased from arrow.The right sample purchase from TI Store and no lot information.

Do you have the package label from the device which came from Arrow? The labels you have provided so far (thanks for that) look to be the same.

The label package that I have provide is from arrow,now customer can not find the label package of the sample  purchased from TI Store.

Thanks for providing the markings on the bottom of the devices. I am going to check with our team internally to see what changes may have occurred to result in different markings.

Hi Ning,

I checked the Lot trace codes that are provided on bottom side of package. The device on the left was assembled at a site in Thailand. The device on the right was assembled at a site in Taiwan. It seems that the Thailand site assembles with what we call the "TI bug" logo. The Taiwan site assembles with the "TI" marking. 

Because the two parts were assembled at different sites they seem to have different marking on front, but that should be of no concern for your customer as both are legitimate TI devices.
