TMP61-Q1: Thermistor design tool temp difference between current bias and voltage bias

Part Number: TMP61-Q1

Hi Team

Hope you have a nice day.

This is FAE irene who support Sungrow. They are testing TPM61 for IGBT temp test.

And found in Thermistor design tool , if it is current bias, the device resistance table's temp range is -40~170C

But if it is voltage bias, the device resistance table's temp range is -40~125C, but 125 C  is far from enough.

They wants to know how to make the temp range is -40~170C when using voltage bias?

The design tool as attachedsboc595f.zip

Thanks for your help in advance.
