Hi,

In ICD we can find below info and we have question on the monitoring type.

What are the CONFIG REGISTERs in PERIODIC_CONFG_REGISTER_READ_EN?

What does STC mean in DFE_STC_EN?

What is frame timing monitoring for? The real frame timing is not same as set in RF configuration? What may cause error in frame timing?

    What are the CONFIG REGISTERs in PERIODIC_CONFG_REGISTER_READ_EN?

    [ZY] Config registers refers to an identified set of memory addresses which control the hardware behavior. This monitor is a diagnostic for inadvertent writes or disturbance of these registers.

    What does STC mean in DFE_STC_EN?

    [ZY] Self-Test Controller (STC), state-machine is responsible for running the Logic BIST (pattern test) for the Digital frontend (DFE) chain. DFE includes the receiver and transmitter baseband chains containing the decimation filter stages, resampler etc.                                   

    What is frame timing monitoring for? The real frame timing is not same as set in RF configuration? What may cause error in frame timing? 

    [ZY] The processor verifies the integrity of frame counter hardware against its own reference time counters. This is to cover for any defects in the frame counter/ timing.

    You may find more info on these in the safety manual for 6483..
