LDC3114-Q1: Question regarding app note SNOA931A

Hi team,

Does the app note SNOA931A also apply to the LDC3114-Q1?

1. Is there a similar document for LDC3114 to do position sensing?
2. If LDC3114 can do linear position sensing,
   1. Does it has reference count as mentioned in 2.4.4 in the document?
   2. If not, how to calculate the std for a given dx and dz? This is important since it will determine if I can achieve my accuracy requirement.
   3. Any sample show how to do two coil Z axis compensation?
