LM135A: LM135A:

Part Number: LM135A

how we will to use the LM1235AH temperature sensor.

How to calculate the Resistor Value? suppose i am using 5 V as input, what is value of Resistor?

suppose i am using this temperature sensor for -40C , so what is output voltage we will get?

can you give me pspice model of this sensor.

  • Hello,

Thank you for posting to the Sensing forum.

R1 should be selected so that 1 mA flows through the device. LM135A reports temperature 10 mV per Kelvin; at 25 °C the device will report a typical value of 2.98 V. For a temperature of -40 °C the device should report approximately 2.33 V.

    (2.33 V) x 100 = 233 Kelvin = -40 °C

To my knowledge there is no PSpice model of this device.

    Best regards,
    Nicole
