TMP432: TMP432/431/442/512 power on reset THERM limit registers /standard temperature mode

Hi Team, 

I'm looking for power-on reset value of the THERM limit registers up to 100°C in standard temperature mode. 

For TMP431/432 A B version standard temperature is 85°C only; C& D version support up to 105°C, however, this is one channel solution. 

I don't see limitation of such written in TMP442/512, pls suggest if these two devices are suggested based on customer request.
