I have some questions regarding the device lifetime.

In the datasheets the parameter ANG_LT_DRIFT is specified as:

Which lifetime and which temperature / temperature profile is assumed for this parameter or was the specified value tested with?

Is lifetime data (expected lifetime @ temperature) availible for this device?

This part is currently in an early release phase during full evaluation and characterization. The full qualification summary is not yet published, but the specification you have cited would be based on initial results from the lifetime tests typically run for automotive grade devices. For a reference comparison, you might look at the qualification testing summary for TMAG5170-Q1 by entering the part number in this tool
