we use AWR2243 in product design:
The ESM provides multiple registers that can be read by the CPU to determine the current status of diagnostics and the state of the NERROR pin. For the severe group #2 errors, a shadow register is provided that is not reset by warm_reset. This allows the possibility of warm reset re-initialization to identify that a group 2 error initiated the external reset. All Group#2 Errors are mapped to NERROR Pin.
