    Hi Shweta,

    We currently do not have a spice model for LMT85QDCKRQ1. However, I would recommend using equations 1 and 2 from the datasheet for all design purposes (see below). These equations yield a maximum error of about 0.2C at the corner temperatures (-50C and 150C) with respect to the transfer table. Please note that this is the inherent error of the equation's approximation and does not account for the device's accuracy or any other datasheet specifications.
