AWR2944EVM: Using mmWave Studio 3.1.1.0 and DCA1000 for data collection issues

Hello，

We used AWR2944 ES2.0 version and DCA1000, combined with mmWave Studio 3.1.1.0 for data collection. The connection and parameter configuration seemed to be fine, and we were able to collect data and perform post-processing, using Matlab for display.
But it seems impossible to phase adjust the transmitting antenna? It is not possible to use DDMA mode for data collection.
May I ask how to configure the transmission antenna for phase shifting in DDMA mode? Is there a corresponding document/video explanation?
And is there a LUA file that supports AWR2944 DDMA mode?

Hi Gary,

You can use the per chirp phase shifter (can be found under the AdvChirpCfg tab) to implement DDMA and collect the data accordingly.

Also, currently there is no documentation/video/example lua script to implement DDMA mode.

Is this TAB configured after sensorconfig? Can the matlab processing interface of mmWave Studio directly observe the phase shift results?
