Hello team,

This is Shweta chendake from Knorr Bremse, Pune, INDIA.
we have decided to perform EMI/EMC simulation of our product this required IBIS model of below part,

    Hi Shweta,

    We currently do not have any models for LMT85QDCKRQ1. The closest model that we have currently published is a Spice model for the LMT70 (see link below) which has higher accuracy and a similar gain. The main possible EMI issue for these devices is susceptibility which is due to the internal ESD architecture. The ESD circtuitry has a tendency of rectifying EMI signals which would cause a DC shift.. If this is an issue seen in your system, it could be solved with RF grounding capacitors.
