Hi Shweta,
We currently do not have any models for LMT85QDCKRQ1. The closest model that we have currently published is a Spice model for the LMT70 (see link below) which has higher accuracy and a similar gain. The main possible EMI issue for these devices is susceptibility which is due to the internal ESD architecture. The ESD circtuitry has a tendency of rectifying EMI signals which would cause a DC shift.. If this is an issue seen in your system, it could be solved with RF grounding capacitors.
