AWR1843AOPEVM: sensorStart sometimes returns success and AWR1843AOPVM works with the online demo visualizer, and sometimes does not return and won't work.

I am using the AWR1843AOPEVM to test the AWR1843AOP sensor and sometimes when I try to use the online demo visualizer to test the sensor it will work wonderfully; however, sometimes sensorStart will not return success and the sensor will not output anything. Each time I use the evaluation module I set it up the same way: use the USB cable that came with the board, plug the board into my computer, launch the online demo visualizer, set up the serial ports & configuration values the same way, and send the configuration to the mmWave device.

Sometimes this works and I am able to see data from the sensor:

Other times it won't work and the log will stop at mmwDemo:/>sensorStart with no "Done" response from the sensor:

I have tried changing the calibration and sending calibrations from the demo files as specified in the ReadMe, but I haven't been able to find a fix. I am on Windows 10 and running the demo visualizer through Google Chrome.

Any help with this would be appreciated.
