TMP121: What is the ESD HBM Levels for both part numbers TMP121AIDBVT and TMP121AIDBVR?

What is the ESD HBM Levels for both part numbers TMP121AIDBVT and TMP121AIDBVR? I do not see it in the datasheet. Should the ESD levels be added to the TMP121 datasheets?

    Hi James,

    It seems the ESD levels are not included in this datasheet as this device is part of our older portfolio. The qual summary which is available through ti.com, lists the stresses and standards that this device was qualified for. With this, ESD HBM specifies that a minimum of 500V level is required.

    I am currently working with our product team to find out the actual ESD level and look into adding this to the datasheet. Please allow until 11/27 for a follow-up response and thank you for you patience.
